Lovely staff.
Internet was very tempramental. Dropped out as often as it connected and each reconnection required the username 'naiharngardenresort' and an 8 character password inputting. Very frustrating as the wifi was the main reason for booking.

Very nice hotel and I went for longtime with muaythai student ... The location is nice because near the Rawai Muaythai Camp and near the lake, the beach for to swimming and jogging. I come in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and now 2012

Good value for family trip. Large guest apartment for 6 people.
Only the bedrooms had aircon. The pool was very small, over chlorinated and essentially an In-ground vinyl installation. Not terrible but not as nice as others.

It was very quiet and the workers were very friendly and helpful.
The building was not secure. None of the locks locked on the doors to the outside. It would be nice to have more fans in the main living area. And the pool is in need of repairs, the liner is very loose.
